Thursday was a good day for Australia fans. Not only did the Ozzies beat England in the cricket during their first one-day international, the Socceroos always beat Bangladesh (not in the cricket for once) 5-0.
And it was Rogic who caught the eye in particular with a two-goal haul for his country.
But 22-year-old Luongo also impressed and both have been tipped for stardom by Australia supporters. Luongo has made a bright start to life at QPR in the Championship, having traded Swindon Town for the Loftus Road outfit this summer.
Rogic, meanwhile, has also returned to the fold somewhat at Celtic after his recent injury troubles. Both are most certainly seen as a big part of the future for their international side. Will it be the same for their clubs?
Here's how Australia fans reacted to Rogic and Luongo's performances against Bangladesh on Twitter. There could be a lot to look forward to based on the excitement they are generating...
Tommy Rogic! Well deserved, future on show right there. #socceroos— THE TURF (@theturfau) September 3, 2015
