Tottenham haven’t got off to a good start in the Premier League, as they search for their best form and the right combination of players to get the most out of Mauricio Pochettino’s system.
Hartson has suggested that consistency is the main problem for the White Hart Lane side, as they continue to chase their dream of getting back into the top four.
“Spurs, again, they flatter to deceive for me. They’re right up there and then they’re not, they could finish fifth or sixth again this season,” he told talkSPORT.
Too early to judge
It’s still too early to judge Tottenham although they haven’t made a great start to the season.
The side seems to still be gelling together with new signings bedding in and getting to know the rest of the squad.
Son Heung-Min is a good example and represents someone who is yet to make his debut for the club and someone who could kick-start things in attack, taking some of the pressure away from Harry Kane.
The side just need a win to get moving in the right direction and to get back on track with regards to climbing the table, putting smiles on faces and getting supporters genuinely excited about the potential of what the team could be about to achieve.
