The midfielder has also reflected of the Hammers' wins over Arsenal and Liverpool.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side have won all four of their games so far, putting in several impressive performances, including a 3-0 win over title rivals Chelsea that has sent out a significant message early in the campaign.
Bournemouth have not enjoyed a similar winning start but did enjoy victory over the Hammers in an impressive display and Noble says he has been impressed with them both, with City up next for his side.
"We played Bournemouth the other day and I thought they were very good. They were very energetic and tough to play against,” he told TalkSport.
“Manchester City have won every game so far, they’re looking very strong and they’re also our next away game, so that’s a game to look forward too."
Arsenal win put the pressure on Hammers
Slaven Bilic’s side have so far had an up and down four games, with two wins and two losses to their name.
They started the season in fine fashion with a stunning win over Arsenal at the Emirates on the opening weekend, before suffering back to back home defeats against Bournemouth and Leicester City.
Those defeats were followed up with an impressive 3-0 win over Anfield last time around though, and Noble says they put a lot of pressure on themselves after the result against the Gunners.
“After the Arsenal win everyone got double excited and the fans were saying West Ham are going to win the league,” he added.
“But that’s not the case, football isn’t like that and we put ourselves under a lot of pressure. At Arsenal I think we played as well as we could’ve and then again at Liverpool, after two home defeats, it was very pleasing.”
