Credit Suisse has hired William Nourse from Deutsche Bank to advise financial companies in the U.K., according to a memo sent to staff.

Bloomberg News reports that Nourse will start in November and report to Eric Richard, head of the financial institutions group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. At Deutsche Bank, Nourse was head of investment banking for U.K. insurance companies.

In the meantime, Reuters reports that William O'Donnell, the former head Treasury strategist at RBS Securities, has joined Citigroup as a market analyst on its interest rates team, a source familiar with the situation said on Tuesday.

O'Donnell and Ed Acton, another RBS Treasury strategist, left the U.S. broker-dealer unit of the Royal Bank of Scotland in August. Tyler Tucci, an RBS interest rate strategist, left the bank in June, according to RBS spokeswoman Sarah Lukashok.
