Report: Nottingham Forest could sign Inter Milan's one-cap Italian international Ezequiel Schelotto today

The Argentine-born winger could arrive on loan or a free transfer.

Nottingham Forest seem set to lose Michail Antonio this transfer deadline day, with the flying winger set to seal a £7 million move to West Ham United later today.

The club have already gone some way to replace him, after agreeing a loan deal with Lille for Cape Verde international winger Ryan Mendes.

However, it is reported that the club will be bringing in another winger this week, with Argentine born attacker Ezequiel Schelotto set to arrive from Inter Milan, according to reports in Italy.

FC Inter News are reporting that a deal to see Schelotto leave inter for Swiss side FC Sion did not get done in time yesterday but that they are hoping to send him out on loan to England today, as the transfer window here remains open.

The deal will either be a season-long loan or a free transfer.

Schelotto joined Inter in 2013 after three impressive years at Atalanta. Born in Argentina he has played in Italy since 2008 and in 2012 he even made his international debut for the Azzurri – featuring against England in a friendly back in August 2012.

Three years later and he might be on his way to the City Ground.
