West Ham United have been very busy on Transfer Deadline day.
The Hammers have done a lot to improve their attacking options. Victor Moses was taken on loan from Chelsea, and they then snapped up Hull City striker Nikica Jelavic, a player who has worked under current boss Slaven Bilic at international level.
They also landed Alex Song, bringing him in on yet another loan deal for a second season in a row.
But that is not where the dealings end – although this one is an internal piece of business.
The player in question is Josh Cullen, who has signed a new deal with the club - as announced on the Hammers' official website.
The Republic of Ireland youth international, who has recently earned his first call up to the Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad, also made his West Ham Premier League debut against Liverpool at the weekend. He has signed a new deal which will take the 19-year-old through to the end of the 2018 season at Upton Park.
He is just one of several top young talents coming through the ranks at West Ham, with Reece Oxford the most high-profile.
Now Hammers fans will hope to see Cullen come good at Upton Park.
