Erik Lamela to Marseille?

French sports paper L’Equipe has claimed that Marseille were interested in signing Erik Lamela from Tottenham Hotspur on Monday.

According to the report, the two clubs had agreed on a loan deal with Marseille having the option to sign the Argentina international on a permanent contract at the end of the season.

However, Tottenham reportedly did not let Lamela leave as they have not signed his replacement, which L’Equipe claims is West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino.

Gary Hooper to Fulham?

Fulham are interested in signing Gary Hooper from Norwich City before the summer transfer window closes today, according to The Sun.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that Fulham manager Kit Symons is ready to offer Premier League outfit Norwich a good transfer fee in order to recruit the former Celtic forward.

The Sun claims that Hooper has twice met Sheffield Wednesday officials for talks, but it seems that their Championship rivals Fulham are keen on the 27-year-old as well.

Abdoulaye Doucoure to Watford?

Watford are close to signing midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure from Rennes, according to The Daily Star.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that the Hornets will have to pay as much as £7 million as transfer fee for the 22-year-old.
