The winger looks set to complete a move to the Premier League.

Nottingham Forest are currently fighting off pursuits for two of their star players and it was reported yesterday evening that Forest might have to start bracing themselves for the worst.

It was claimed yesterday by a Guardian journalist on Twitter that both Michael Mancienne and Michail Antonio were hopeful of leaving the club.

The pair had been subject to bids from both West Ham and Fulham and it seemed the two were ready to leave the club, who are struggling at the wrong end of the championship table.

Selling one of the players could go a long way toward balancing the books at Forest, who are currently fighting a transfer embargo.

Now it seems like they will be selling Michail Antonio.

It is reported by Sky Sports that West Ham have had a £7 million bid accepted for the player.

Antonio is currently Forest’s greatest goal threat and his departure will undoubtedly be a loss to the club. West Ham on the other hand are bringing in an excellent wide option who will offer them plenty of options for the Premier League season.

The move will however surely see Forest have enough money to balance the books and be pout of their embargo by the winter, when business can resume to normal at the City Ground.
