West Ham player Angelo Ogbonna references The Beatles in celebrating win over Liverpool

The Beatles

The Italian defender was talking about how long it had been since West Ham won at Anfield.

West Ham United picked up a fantastic victory yesterday, winning 3-0 at Anfield after a fantastic tactical performance from Slaven Bilic’s men against Liverpool.

The club have now won two big away games in the Premier League this season, dispatching of Arsenal at The Emirates and now Liverpool at Anfield.

It was an eventful fixture, which saw goals from Manuel Lanzini, Mark Noble and Diafra Sakho score the winning goals in a ruthless counter-attacking performance.

It was also a game that saw captain Noble sent off.

The West Ham talisman slid into a challenge with Danny Ings, but it was entirely fair and no contact was made. Ings made the most of it and the midfielder wrongly received his marching orders.
