I guess it's better than an anchor or a tribal tattoo, right?
The Hammers were long shots to get anything from Liverpool – a side who had been involved in a thrilling 0-0 against Arsenal on Monday night.
And this Hammers fan certainly didn't think that he would see his side would pick up the three points and took to Twitter to make a classic social media mistake...involving a tattoo.
52 long years since the famous Irons won at Anfield. If we do it tommorow i shall get a tattoo to commemorate the famous occasion!— Jon High (@HighJon) August 28, 2015
Now usually, fans will make these empty claims, get loads of retweets and followers and then don't go through with it. However, West Ham managed to run through Liverpool with Dejan Lovren and Philippe Coutinho having games to forget.
Slaven Bilic's side managed to come away 3-0 victors, leaving Liverpool and Brendan Rodgers a little shellshocked and this West Ham fan rushing down to his local tattoo parlour.
And as good as his word, he actually got a tattoo! We think, as there have been some doubts over its legitimacy.
What do you think? Die hard West Ham fan or wannabe social media superstar?
