West Brom reportedly join the race for Victor Moses

West Bromwich Albion are reportedly considering a move for the Chelsea player.

According to a report from the Birmingham Mail, West Bromwich Albion are the latest club to show an interest in Chelsea winger Victor Moses this summer.

The claim initially comes from the print copy of the Sunday People, which states that Baggies boss Tony Pulis is now considering a move for the Nigeria international as he seeks to further strengthen his side before the transfer window closes once more.

So far this summer West Brom have signed James McClean, James Chester, Rickie Lambert and Jonny Evans, while Arsenal’s Serge Gnabry has arrived on loan. But it seems Pulis still wants to sign more players while he can and the latest report claims he has approached Chelsea regarding a possible loan deal for Moses.

The 24-year-old will allegedly cost in the region of £10million to sign permanently so it is no surprise West Brom are seeking to significantly reduce the cost if possible.

The left winger would certainly be a fine addition to West Brom’s squad but after so many times going out on loan surely it is time he found a permanent home where he can shine long term.

That may well be at The Hawthorns, but only time will tell with Tuesday the cut-off for any further additions until January.
