Former West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur striker Frederic Kanoute has taken to social networking site Twitter to sign the praises of Crystal Palace attacker Bakary Sako.
Sako, who can play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, left Championship outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers at the end of last season and joined Premier League club Crystal Palace on a free transfer earlier this month.
The Mali international has been superb for the Eagles so far this campaign and is already showing that he is of true Premier League quality.
The 27-year-old has scored two goals and created three chances in two Premier League matches.
Sako has a pass accuracy of 88% and a shot accuracy of 80%, and has won three dribbles and two tackles.
The former Wolves star was on target for Palace on Saturday afternoon, as Alan Pardew’s side defeated defending English champions Chelsea 2-1 away from home at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
Former West Ham and Tottenham striker Kanoute was following the game, and he was impressed with the performance of Sako.
