Leeds United want to make two more signings, says Uwe Rosler.
Leeds United head coach Uwe Rosler has told Sky Sports that he hopes to add more more players to his current squad before the end of the summer transfer window next week.
The former Brentford and Wigan Athletic manager made the comments following the Whites’ 2-1 victory over Derby County away from home at the iPro Stadium in the Championship this afternoon.
“Yes, I think so,” Rosler told Sky Sports when asked if he plans to make more signings. “I hope we can get at least one more player in, possibly two, and we are working hard on that.”
Charlie Horton, Lee Erwin, Sol Bamba, Chris Wood, Ross Turnbull and Stuart Dallas have been signed from Cardiff City, Motherwell, Palermo, Leicester City, Barnsley and Brentford respectively.
Tom Adeyemi has moved to Leeds on a season-long loan deal from Championship rivals Cardiff.
Leeds are aiming for a top-six finish in the Championship this season, and it seems that Rosler wants to further improve his squad.
The Whites’ win against Derby this afternoon was their first in the Championship this season.
The victory will have certainly boosted the confidence of the players, who will be happy with the performance against the Rams.
