The Canaries are looking to bolster their attacking options and Alex Neil is hopeful that Spurs will be willing to let the youngster leave in an effort to get important game time under his belt.
England Under-21 star Pritchard spent last season on-loan at Championship side Brentford, and was hugely impressive as they made the play-offs.
He was called into the Spurs first-team this summer, and Mauricio Pochettino sanctioned a new long-term contract.
However, Pritchard could now be destined for another loan - and although linked with Derby County, Spurs would ideally not loan him out to anyone other than a Premier League club.
Spurs are now considering whether to let him leave before next Tuesday's transfer deadline and if they do, then Norwich are in pole position to land him.
