Scottish Premiership champions Celtic have been drawn against Dutch giants Ajax, Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahce and Norwegian outfit Molde FK in Group A.
Hartson believes that it is a tough group for Ronny Deila’s side, but he has advised the players to embrace the challenge.
However, the former West Ham star has refused to be drawn into a discussion regarding whether Celtic could go on and win the Europa League this season.
Yes it's a tough group for Celtic but some really exciting fixtures for the fans! Embrace the challenge I would be saying to the players— John Hartson (@JohnHartson10) August 28, 2015
Happy with Molde!!— John Hartson (@JohnHartson10) August 28, 2015

It will not be easy for Celtic to get out of their group, but the players should certainly give their all and have confidence in themselves.
The winners of the 2015-16 Europa League will get the chance to play in the Champions League next season.
This means that Celtic, if they win the prestigious European competition this term, will not have to negotiate Champions League qualifiers next season.
