Tottenham Hotspur transfer round-up: Spurs set to close out deal for Son Heung-Min

A round up of news stories this morning related to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Daily Mail have reported that Tottenham are set to close out a deal for Bayer Leverkusen forward Son Heung-Min.

Spurs are actively seeking attacking reinforcements to bring into their squad before the close of the transfer window.

The paper claims that the White Hart Lane club have made an offer for the player in the region of £18 million.

The Daily Mail has also reported that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is considering walking away from plans to sign Saido Berahino from West Brom.

Tottenham have made an offer for the Baggies forward with West Brom holding out for top price as the transfer deadline approaches.

The Daily Star has reported that Southampton manager Ronald Koeman is confident of keeping Victor Wayama at the club.

The paper mentions the midfielder as a target for Tottenham, with a cast iron holding midfielder apparently one of Spurs’ transfer priorities.

However, his absence from the Saints squad travelling to Denmark for their Europa League play-off was down to nothing more than illness.
