Tottenham are reportedly considering their next move for Saido Berahino.
With manager Mauricio Pochettino desperate to find a new attacking option to support Harry Kane in the final third, a move for Berahino has been ongoing for over a week now.
The 22-year-old forward hit 20 goals for the Baggies last season, and they confirmed on their official website earlier this week that they had rejected a second bid from Spurs for Berahino's services.
Berahino has been left out of West Brom's last two games, with Tony Pulis unwilling to utilise his star striker due to the uncertainty surrounding his future at The Hawthorns.
Now, the Daily Mail report that Tottenham officials are poised to hold a meeting today, where they will discuss their next move for Berahino.
It's suggested that Tottenham are expected to lodge a third bid for Berahino before next Tuesday's transfer deadline, but are also considering moving on to other targets and pulling out of the race to sign Berahino entirely.
A decision one way or the other will be made later today, with the deal certainly hanging in the balance right now - but Berahino's unhappiness at West Brom could tempt Spurs into one more bid to land their top target.
