Manchester United may just get a chance of signing Neymar, or at least someone that looks like him, further down the line.

We can indeed confirm that Barcelona superstar Neymar has signed for Irish side Limerick's Under-17-side, and really who can blame him?

I mean, who wouldn't want to swap sunny Spain and Champions League stardom for the lovely Emerald Isle and show some punk 17-year-olds just how good he is?

Don't believe us, well here, have some picture evidence:

Alright, did we get you? I bet we did! That isn't Brazilian superstar Neymar, but it doesn't half look like him does it! That is in fact 16-year-old Barry Cotter who has indeed just signed for Limerick's under 17 side to presumably do loads of tricks and score bags of cheeky penalties.

While he may not be Neymar, at least Louis van Gaal and Ed Woodward have someone to fall back on for Manchester United when their attempt to sign the proper Neymar - covered by Sky Sports - goes the way of Pedro and Nicolas Otamendi... i.e massively wrong!
