Barnsley will be looking to produce a huge scalp this evening as they host Premier League side Everton at Oakwell.
Lee Johnson's side currently sit tenth in League One having won twice, drawn once and lost once, but will now be keen to shock Roberto Martinez's side.
Johnson's starting line-up includes a number of notable names, including ex-Manchester City right back Reece Wabara, Arsenal loanee Daniel Crowley and Manchester United loanee Ben Pearson.
Oakwell has been the venue for famous cup shocks in the past, and the Tykes will certainly be hoping for another tonight.
Meanwhile, Roberto Martinez will hope to bounce back from Sunday's 2-0 defeat to Manchester City with a win this evening.
Some fringe players such as Joel Robles, Bryan Oviedo and Matthew Pennington have been handed starting roles, but the biggest inclusion is that of John Stones.
The former Barnsley defender returns to face his former club despite speculation surrounding his future at Goodison Park, and will partner Phil Jagielka in defence as usual.
Stars such as Ross Barkley and James McCarthy have been left on the bench, whilst Mason Holgate - a recent signing from Barnsley - is also a substitute for the Toffees.
