Rio Ferdinand has told Manchester United to forget about signing Neymar
Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has told the club's fans to forget about reporting linking the club to Neymar.
The La Liga champions recently sold Pedro to Chelsea, and Ferdinand believes United will fail in any attempts to sign Neymar.

Neymar is the sort of marquee signing which would turn heads and transform United's attack, but it remains a highly ambitious deal.
Part of the reason Barcelona were so open to selling Pedro and the player wanted to move on, was because the Brazilian was a key part of an attacking trio which prevented the Spaniard from becoming a regular starter.
From a footballing perspective it does not make sense that Neymar would want to leave playing alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, unless he wants to make it in new surroundings, and not share Messi's spotlight.
