Rangers will take on Hibernian at Ibrox in the Scottish Championship this afternoon.

Tottenham Hotspur-owned Nathan Oduwa has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his excitement at the prospect of returning to action for Rangers today.

Glasgow outfit Rangers will take on Hibernian at home in the Scottish Championship this afternoon.

The Gers will head into the game full of confidence following their impressive start to the 2015-16 campaign.

Rangers defeated Scottish Championship promotion rivals Hibernian 6-2 away from home in the first round of the Scottish Challenge Cup in their opening game of the season.

The Gers then got the better of Peterhead 3-0 at Ibrox in the first round of the Scottish League Cup, before winning 3-1 against St. Mirren at home in the Scottish Championship.

Mark Warburton’s side followed that up with a 5-1 victory over Alloa Athletic at the Indodrill Stadium last weekend, and progressed to the third round of the Scottish Challenge Cup with a 2-0 triumph over Ayr United at Somerset Park on Wednesday.

Rangers will host Hibernian at Ibrox in the Championship this afternoon, and 19-year-old Oduwa, who moved to the Gers on a season-long loan deal from Tottenham earlier this month, is looking forward to the game.
