Leicester City kept up their unbeaten start to the season with a 1-1 home draw against Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon, as Riyad Mahrez bagged yet another goal.
The Foxes had won their first two games of the season against Sunderland and West Ham United, meaning spirits were high as Claudio Ranieri pitted his side against Tottenham.
The clash was a hard-fought contest, and one of few great chances before Tottenham appeared to be on the verge of stealing all three points late on.
Nacer Chadli's cross from the left hand side evaded Harry Kane, but substitute Dele Alli was quick to swoop in and head the ball home, bagging his first goal for Spurs.
Yet almost straight from the kick off, Leicester raced down the other end and snatched their equaliser, with the in-form Mahrez cutting inside and bending a superb left footed shot past Hugo Lloris and into the corner of the net.
A point apiece was a far result considering the balance of play at the King Power Stadium, but after three games, Spurs remain without a victory this season.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino won't be too worried yet, but with Harry Kane still without a goal this season, Tottenham need to find their rhythm sooner rather than later.
