Could the unthinkable happen yet again for West Ham?
The son of West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan, Jack, took to Twitter with a transfer update on Twitter on Friday afternoon.
Except he's done it before - and West Ham fans are more worried than encouraged by this late stage in the transfer window. After Jack's father's public spat with Queens Park Rangers striker Charlie Austin, there appears to be one less option in the east London club's search for a new striker.
As such, when Sullivan Jr told supporters the Hammers hope to resolve their striker 'crisis' by the middle of next week, the response wasn't too positive.

Indeed, many mocked the pig's ear West Ham have made of their transfer window after a very promising start to it.
But the biggest worry was that the Irons would once again do the unthinkable... After releasing him once and then re-signing him at Upton Park, could Carlton Cole really be who the Premier League side turn to?
That's the fear among plenty of West Ham fans and they made their feelings clear towards Sullivan Jr on social media. #WelcomeCarlton...
@HAMMERMAT Carlton Cole is re-signing, but he's been on the Big Mac's all summer though, so won't be fit until November!— Paul Carter (@PaulCarter1975) August 21, 2015
