Tottenham are reportedly keen on signing the Marseille youngster.
The 16-year-old made his league debut for L’OM in December 2014, becoming the youngest ever player to feature for the French side. He ended up making three appearances in all for the first-team, and is expected to continue his development this campaign.
However, that is only if Marseille can keep ahold of Boutobba, with the report claiming Tottenham are just one of five teams tracking his status ahead of potentially offering him a contract.
Bayern Munich, Monaco, Manchester City and Real Madrid are the other teams mentioned as wanting to sign the youngster, but it is stated that Marseille are ready to offer him a huge contract to tie his future down in France.
Who is Bilal Boutobba?
Boutobba is a midfielder, and a 15-capped French Under-17 international, who looks to have a bright future in the game.
Able to play on either wing, as well as in a more central role, he played a total 25 minutes of action last term, as well as being included in matchday squads for eight different games.
He is clearly thought of highly by the Marseille management, and it is hard to see why he would opt to move away from the club when he is already being given first-team chances.
