Queens Park Rangers trio Charlie Austin, Matt Phillips and Alejandro Faurlin have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the dramatic victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home on Wednesday evening.
Rangers picked up their first win of the 2015-16 Championship campaign at the Molineux Stadium, as they got the better of Wolves 3-2.
Hosts Wolves took the lead as early as the 17th minute when Benik Afobe found the target from close range.
Kenny Jackett’s side doubled the advantage on 24 minutes through Kevin McDonald, who fired home from 18 yards.
However, QPR staged a sensational comeback thereafter and scored three goals to secure all three points.
Star forward Charlie Austin started the comeback in the 38th minute when he headed home Matt Phillips’s cross.
The 24-year-old winger himself restored parity just seven minutes into the second half with an effort from the edge of the Wolves box, and scored the winner on 72 minutes from 25 yards.
Following the win, Austin, Phillips and Faurlin took to Twitter to revel in the triumph:
