Republic of Ireland boss Martin O'Neill has told the FAI Twitter account that Aston Villa teenager Jack Grealish will make a decision over his international future 'very shortly'.
Grealish, 19, was born on Solihull but has represented the Republic of Ireland at Under-17, Under-18 and Under-21 levels having qualified through a number of family members.
The playmaker is wanted at senior level by both Ireland and England, especially after his impressive performances for Aston Villa towards the end of last season.
The teenager has so far delayed a decision over his international future in order to focus on his club career, but now Grealish is expected to commit one way or the other imminently.
Republic of Ireland manager O'Neill has told the FAI's Twitter account that Grealish will make his big decision shortly, praising him as a 'very good talent'.

Grealish has therefore not been called up for the upcoming games against Gibraltar and Georgia, but there are a number of big names in that squad, including Shay Given, Seamus Coleman, John O'Shea, James McCarthy, Aiden McGeady and Robbie Keane.
