Graeme Le Saux says Liverpool won’t win league title with Dejan Lovren

Liverpool defeated Bournemouth 1-0 at Anfield in the Premier League on Monday evening.

Former Chelsea and Blackburn Rovers defender Graeme Le Saux has criticised Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren on social networking site Twitter.

The former England international left-back does not seem to rate central defender Lovren highly, and has suggested that Liverpool will not win the Premier League title with him in the team.

Le Saux made his comments about Lovren during Liverpool’s Premier League game against Bournemouth at Anfield on Monday evening.

The 26-year-old Croatia international centre-back started the encounter and played for the entire 90 minutes.

The former Southampton star did not start the game well and made some bad decisions, and had an overall average match.

Lovren had a pass accuracy of 83%, won 67% of his tackles and 33% of his headers, and made one interception, eight clearances and three blocks.

The win against Bournemouth at home on Monday evening was Liverpool’s second in a row in the Premier League this season.
