West Ham players, including Angelo Ogbonna, react on Twitter after Leicester defeat

West Ham United lost 2-1 to Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.

West Ham United came crashing back down to earth following their 2-0 win over Arsenal, with Leicester City defeating the Hammers at Upton Park.

Claudio Ranieri's side raced into a two-goal lead in the first half, as Shinji Okazaki and Riyad Mahrez found the net to but the Foxes in complete control.

Dimitri Payet did pull a goal back in the second half, but West Ham couldn't find an equaliser, and their disappointing afternoon was compounded by goalkeeper Adrian's red card late into the game.

Manager Slaven Bilic couldn't notch his first win at Upton Park, and the club's players were understandably deflated after the final whistle.

A number of players took to Twitter after the game to air their thoughts, with goalkeeper Adrian acknowledging that his red card was a complete accident.

Defender James Tomkins - who didn't play against Leicester - was full of praise for goalscorer Payet, before admitting how disappointed he was to not be involved.

Finally, summer signing Angelo Ogbonna, who made his home Premier League debut yesterday, was looking for the positives, admitting that English football has 'charm'.
