Stephen Gleeson is one man happy with the performances of the pair in recent weeks.
The Milton Keynes Dons are certainly looking to like a great developer of young talent. The young club, who are in the Championship for the first time this season, have recently seen young talent move on to big Premier League clubs.
Sheyi Ojo, currently on loan at Wolverhampton Wanderers, is on the books at Liverpool.
On top of that there are two players currently playing regular football in the Premier League.
Galloway joined Everton from the Dons last summer and is currently filling in with aplomb in the absence of both Leighton Baines and Luke Garbutt, who are both injured, the latter also out on loan with Fulham.
Alli has much higher feats expected of him. He was signed by Tottenham Hotspur in January for a fee reported by the BBC to be worth in the region of £5 million. After staying with his former club on loan for the rest of last season, helping them to promotion, he joined up with Tottenham this summer and impressed during pre-season.
One man really impressed and proud of their progression is a former MK Dons team-mate. Stephen Gleeson, who left the club last summer to join Birmingham City, has sent out this Tweet:
Great to see Brendon Galloway and @dele_alli36 playing in prem wasn't long ago they were 1st coming across to train with us at woughton— stephen gleeson (@gleeson_stephen) August 8, 2015
The Irish international is just one of many impressed with the development of these new Everton and Tottenham stars. Here’s hoping the teenagers can thrive for club and country in the years to come.
