Celtic fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on the performance of Stuart Armstrong against Inverness Caledonian Thistle at home on Saturday afternoon.
The Bhoys headed into the Scottish Premiership game at Celtic Park on the back of a 2-2 draw with Kilmarnock away from home, but they did not slip up this time.
Mikael Lustig put Ronny Deila’s side in the lead as early as the eighth minute, when he headed home Stefan Johansen’s delivery from close range.
Leigh Griffiths doubled the Hoops' advantage just four minutes later, nodding in a Nir Bitton delivery from inside the Inverness penalty box.
Midfielder Armstrong made it 3-0 to the home team 10 minutes into the second half when he fired home from close range after latching onto a pass from Griffiths.
The 23-year-old former Scotland Under-21 international added his second midway through the second half, but Celtic then had a scare.
Inverness scored twice in quick succession through Ryan Christie and Dani Lopez, but the Bhoys eventually picked up the three points.
Following the match, Celtic fans took to Twitter to have their say on the performance of Armstrong.

Great to see Celtic score 4 goals but conceding 2? Defence needs a tweak in this transfer window. Stuart Armstrong bagging 2 goals— MarcSkinner (@marcskinner17) August 15, 2015
Our attacking play was brilliant today Armstrong had a belter, made it look hard for ourselves at the end switching off at times defensively— Chris Mcglynn (@MCG_CELTIC_FC_1) August 15, 2015
We played really well for 70 minutes, but we were too sloppy in the last 20. It was nice to see Armstrong get a couple of goals. #Celtic— John McNeil (@JohnMcNeil15) August 15, 2015
