Leeds United striker Chris Wood had a night to forget as the club bowed out of the Capital One Cup.
He came on during the second half to try and win the game, but unfortunately his telling contribution was to sky a penalty during the shootout.
His miss followed Sam Byram's and Leeds were defeated 4-2 on spot kicks.
Wood was a big money summer signing for the club, their biggest in a decade, and his penalty was particularly disappointing.
It saw his name trending on Twitter, and it was not just Leeds fans weighing in, with the game televised on SkySports.
Wood had been linked with a move to Wolves by the Express and Star ahead of signing for Leeds, pulling out of a deal as a bidding war for his signature escalated. The club later signed Adam Le Fondre on loan from Cardiff City instead.
His woeful penalty miss did not escape the attention of Wolves fans, who took to Twitter to mock the New Zealand international and express their satisfaction at not singing him after all.
