The Cameroonian will be joining Spurs in the coming hours.

Tottenham Hotspur are finally on the verge of completing a deal that will improve their striking options for next season.

The club have finally come to terms with French side Olympique Lyonnais over the transfer fee being asked for Cameroonian international Clinton N’Jie.

The deal is now set to go ahead, with The Telegraph reporting it as a £12 million deal.

Now, the player has been spotted on his way to London by an observant fan. Yass Touns posted this picture on his Twitter account earlier, posing with N’Jie at an airport on his way to London:

N’Jie is scheduled in London today for a medical ahead of completing his protracted move to the club from the Ligue 1 giants.

Spurs are in need of strikers, especially now Roberto Soldado looks set to join Villarreal in the coming hours. Emmanuel Adebayor meanwhile remains an outcast at White Hart Lane – with no sign of him getting back into first-team action under Mauricio Pochettino.

N’Jie is a rapid striker who can also play on the wings and will add some much needed pace into the club’s attacking department.
