Everton midfielder Muhamed Besic has no interest in Turkey move despite Besiktas links

The Bosnian midfielder is believed to be happy at Everton.

At the weekend reports emerged from Turkey linking clubs in the country to the signature of Everton midfielder Muhamed Besic.

The Bosnian became a popular player at Goodison Park last season for his tough-tackling displays and incredible work ethic.

Signed from Hungarian outfit Ferencvaros after impressing at the World Cup for his nation, he proved to be a top talent for the future.

However, injuries have derailed his start to the current campaign and according to Fotomac in Turkey Besiktas are keen on his signature.

They claim they are looking at bringing in the player, as Veli Kavlak and Tolgay Arslan could depart the club.

However, HITC Sport understands that Besic has no desire to go play in Turkey at this point in time.

The midfielder is stepping up his recovery from injury and thoroughly enjoys playing for the club and working under Roberto Martinez.

Not only that, but he is very happy in Liverpool and has no desires to up sticks at this point.

Everton fans will be hoping he is back in action soon to add a little extra bite to their midfield for the upcoming campaign.
