Manager Mark Warburton has already brought in seven new first-team players this summer, and having landed the likes of Wes Foderingham, James Tavernier, Rob Kiernan and Danny Wilson permanently, he is now looking for loan deals to add bodies to his squad.
The Daily Record report that Rangers have now agreed deals to sign Tottenham teenagers Ball and Oduwa, with the duo set to undergo medicals with the Glasgow club imminently.
Both will add some quality to the Rangers squad, but it also appears that Spurs missed out on signing a third Spurs youngster in Harry Winks.
The report from the Daily Record suggests that Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino has blocked a potential move to take Winks to Ibrox, as he wants the midfielder to feature in the club's Europa League campaign during this season.
Warburton may have a strong relationship with Spurs having helped develop Alex Pritchard at Brentford last season, but Pochettino clearly rates Winks highly enough for him to make an impact in the first team this term.
For Ball and Oduwa, the move represents a great chance to play regular first team football - whilst for Winks, the dream of playing for the Tottenham first team appears to be nearing a reality.
