Citigroup has hired Deutsche Bank’s Simon Kempton and Daniel Caplan for its prime finance business in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Bloomberg News reports that Kempton will join as head of prime finance for the region and Caplan will become head of investor services sales for EMEA, Citigroup said in a statement on Tuesday.

In the meantime, Bloomberg reports that UBS hired Goldman Sachs’s Max Justicz as a managing director for the Americas Financial Sponsors group.

Justicz will be based in New York, UBS said in a memo obtained by Bloomberg Tuesday. He was responsible for private-equity clients at Goldman Sachs and previously worked for Credit Suisse.

Finally, Bloomberg reports that UBS, the world’s biggest manager of money for the wealthy, named Gerard Cremoux co-chairman of the bank’s Latin America unit.
