Former Queens Park Rangers and Manchester City forward Rodney Marsh has taken to social networking site Twitter to joke about the obstacles (or the lack of) lying between Glasgow outfit Celtic and the Scottish Premier League title.
Marsh evidently believes that Celtic will win the Scottish Premier League at a canter this term and early impressions suggest he may well be correct.
Just two games into the season the player-turned-pundit is already joking about popular bookmakers Paddy Power paying out the winnings for all those who have backed last season's top flight champions to retain their crown.
When you going to pay out Celtic champions ? @paddypower— Rodney Marsh (@RodneyMarsh10) August 9, 2015
With fierce local rivals Glasgow Rangers absent from the top flight, Celtic have won the title at a canter in recent years, and they look set to do so yet again.
Indeed, just two games into the 2015/16 campaign, the club already find themselves at the summit of the table; having won two, scored four and conceded none.
Most recently, Ronny Deila's side recorded a comprehensive 2-0 victory over Patrick Thistle - thanks to goals from Tom Rogic and Kris Commons - who offered very little in the way of a challenge.
With their opponents recording just five attempts at goal - just one of which was on target - throughout ninety-minutes, the result never looked in doubt for the holding champions.
