The pundits cast their verdict on Arsenal's performance during their 2-0 home loss to West Ham.

Rio Ferdinand questioned Petr Cech's display after the goalkeeper made two errors during his Arsenal Premier League debut.

Indeed, Cech played a dubious role in both of West Ham United's goals as the Hammers left the Emirates Stadium with a 2-0 win on Sunday afternoon.

The 33-year-old had been the subject of heavy praise since moving to Arsenal, however, while Arsene Wenger has also been lauded for signing the shot stopper.

But his league debut for the Gunners against West Ham didn't quite go to plan - with Ferdinand pointing out his indecision on Twitter...

Meanwhile, Arsenal legend Ian Wright shared a similar view on the veteran goalkeeper, admitting he 'had one' against West Ham.

However, Wright was also unhappy with another Gunners star in midfielder Francis Coquelin.

Just like Cech, Coquelin has received plenty of plaudits since growing into the holding role at Arsenal. Against West Ham, though, his passing was wasteful - something Wright pointed out on social media:

Arsenal's next Premier League clash sees them travel to Crystal Palace, who could provide a very tough test for the north London side indeed based on their West Ham loss.
