Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to making his competitive debut for the club on Saturday afternoon.
The 19-year-old featured for Spurs against Manchester United away from home in the Premier League.
Alli came on as a substitute for Eric Dier in the 77th minute of the encounter at Old Trafford, as Spurs suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat.
The teenager was delighted to have featured in the Premier League for Tottenham, but he was disappointed with the final result.
Delighted to have made my premier league debut today, gutted about the result though! Onto the next game now— dele alli (@dele_alli36) August 8, 2015

Kyle Walker’s own goal midway through the first half proved to be the difference between United and Tottenham at Old Trafford.
There was nothing much to choose between the two teams, and perhaps a draw would have been a fair result.
Over the course of the 90 minutes, the North London outfit had 50% of the possession, took nine shots of which four were on target, and earned two corners.
Hosts United had 50% of the possession as well, and they took nine shots of which one was on target and earned one corner.
