The Tottenham youngster looks to be close to sealing a move to Rangers.
The Gers were reported to be interested in Oduwa earlier this week, and a report in the Scottish Sun claims that they are closing in on finalising a move for him.
The 19-year-old attacker, who is able to play all across the front line, is highly regarded in the Spurs academy, and the club want to loan him out to ensure that he plays consistent first-team football.
He has spent an 11-game spell with Luton Town in the past, and although the Scottish Championship is hardly the highest quality of leagues, he will be playing in a Rangers side coached by a progressive manager, and who play attacking football.
It is the kind of system that Oduwa could flourish in, and Spurs will be glad that Mark Warburton will be looking after one of their prize assets - especially considering the success that he had with Alex Pritchard last season at Brentford.
As reported by Sky Sports earlier this week, Oduwa’s loan has been lined up following an agreement to sign a new contract at White Hart Lane.
He is expected to down his future at the club, before heading away on a temporary basis, and although that Sky report stated that a number of Eredivisie clubs were interested in him, as well as Coventry City, the latest report states that Rangers are set to win the race for the signature of the highly rated attacker.
