Confirmed: Rangers line-up v St. Mirren

This is how Rangers will line up against St. Mirren in the Scottish Championship this evening…

Rangers will be looking to kick off their 2015-16 Scottish Championship campaign with a win this evening.

The Gers will be aiming to pick up all three points against St. Mirren at the Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow.

Mark Warburton’s side have done well in pre-season and will head into this evening’s match full of confidence.

Rangers defeated Scottish Championship rivals Hibernian 6-2 away from home in the Scottish Challenge Cup last month, before getting the better of Peterhead 3-0 at Ibrox in the first round of the Scottish League Cup last weekend.

The Glasgow outfit’s objective this season is to win the Scottish Championship and gain automatic promotion to the Scottish Premiership.

The opening fixture of the season is always tricky, and Rangers should not get complacent.

It promises to be an entertaining match at Ibrox and should have a few goals, and this is how hosts Rangers will line up:

Rangers XI: Foderingham, Tavernier, Wilson, Kiernan, Wallace, Halliday, Law, Holt, McKay, Walsh, Waghorn

Subs: Kelly, Templeton, Shiels, Aird, Hardie, Thompson, Clark
