The 19-year-old winger is highly thought of at Tottenham, and could be set for a high profile loan in the coming season.
Tottenham forward Nathan Oduwa is set for talks over a new contract at White Hart Lane, ahead of a loan this season to get some first-team football under his belt, according to a report by Sky Sports.
Having caught the eye in several pre-season friendlies this summer, the youngster could even end up signing for Dutch giants AZ Alkmaar or Feyenoord, with recently promoted Roda JC also interested in a loan, says the Sky report.
Oduwa's only first team football came in a brief loan spell with Luton Town at the end of last season, where the 19-year-old made 11 appearances at Kenilworth Road.
It was a period where Oduwa failed to get as many minutes as he would have liked though, only starting three of those matches.
However, the England Under-18 man has hugely impressed Mauricio Pochettino this summer, spending the first few weeks of pre-season with the first-team squad. Oduwa scored and assisted two goals in a friendly against Southend United, emphasising that his quality is already higher than League One, and he has caught the eye whenever he has been on the field.
Oduwa wasn't involved with the pre-season glamour matches against the MLS All-Stars or in the Audi Cup, but he is certainly a major part of Tottenham's promising batch of academy graduates, and he could well find himself showcasing his skills in the technically strong Eredivisie, with two of the sides mentioned set for Europa League football.
