All the latest summer transfer news from Anfield...

According to Sky Sports, Liverpool striker Fabio Borini is in talks over a move back to Italy with Fiorentina, which would bring an end to his three-year stay at Anfield.

Borini, 24, was Brendan Rodgers' first signing as Reds boss back in 2012, but has struggled to live up to his billing since joining from Roma.

Now, Sky Sports report that Borini is in talks over a permanent move to Fiorentina, who are looking for a striker having seen Mario Gomez join Besiktas.

Elsewhere, the Liverpool Echo report that Liverpool's new signing Allan could be sent out on loan in order to gain experience and a work permit.

The 18-year-old, who has joined from Internacional, featured for the Liverpool Under-21's against Luzern on Tuesday, and having impressed in midfield, the Reds are hoping to get him out on loan to a European club this season.

Finally, former Liverpool defender Javier Manquillo has taken to Twitter in order to say his goodbyes to the Reds having joined Marseille.

The Spaniard spent last season on loan at Anfield, but was sent back to Atletico Madrid this summer, and thanked the club for a 'great experience'.
