Confirmed: Tottenham line-up v AC Milan - Onomah starts, Chadli up front

Pochettino

Here is how Tottenham line up to take on AC Milan in the Audi Cup this evening...

Tottenham starting XI: McGee; Trippier, Fazio, Vertonghen, Davies; Dier, Bentaleb; Onomah, Lamela, Carroll; Chadli.

Tottenham substitutes: Lloris, Vorm, Alderweireld, Rose, Wimmer, Walker, Alli, Dembele, Eriksen, Mason, Winks, Kane.

Tottenham face AC Milan in the Audi Cup this evening, just 24 hours after Mauricio Pochettino's men were beaten by Real Madrid in the same competition.

Goals from James Rodriguez and former Spurs star Gareth Bale took Real Madrid into the final to face Bayern Munich, who in turn beat AC Milan last night.

Now, in what is essentially a third/fourth place play-off, Tottenham face Milan at the Allianz Arena in Munich this evening, bringing the curtain down on Spurs' pre-season preparations.

With the opening game of the Premier League season against Manchester United just days away, Pochettino's eye will certainly be on that game, and that is certainly reflected in his starting line-up tonight.

Luke McGee starts in goal, whilst Josh Onomah and Tom Carroll also feature, with winger Nacer Chadli surprisingly leading the line in attack - highlighting Tottenham's lack of attacking options when Harry Kane is on the bench.

Eric Dier continues in midfield, whilst Hugo Lloris' inclusion as a substitute will increase hopes amongst supporters that the Frenchman will be fit to face Manchester United this weekend.
