The Hammers have already started playing competitive games, having been involved in the Europa League qualifiers over the past few weeks.
It seems that Bilic already knows what his best XI is when everyone is fit.

What is West Ham United's best XI?
For the position of the goalkeeper, Adrian is the undisputed number one, having been superb for the Hammers over the past two seasons.
Carl Jenkinson, on loan from Premier League rivals Arsenal, is the best right-back in the current West Ham squad, while Angelo Ogbonna and Winston Reid are the best centre-backs and Aaron Cresswell is the first-choice left-back.
Mark Noble, Pedro Obiang, Cheikhou Kouyate and Enner Valencia should form a four-man midfield when they all are fit, with Dimitri Payet playing just behind lone-striker Diafra Sakho.
Valencia has been sidelined for 10 to 12 weeks with knee and ankle injuries, but once he recovers, he should be able to get back into the starting line-up.
