Oduwa suffered an injury in the 35th minute when he was stretchered off unconscious, but he eventually regained consciousness and watched the game from the sidelines during the second half.
It was the 19-year-old England Under-18 international winger who opened the scoring for Tottenham in the first half.
The teenager picked up the ball in the left channel and sped through, leaving three defenders in his wake before side-stepping the fourth and firing past Chris Day.
Shayon Harrison slammed home the second goal for Spurs from the penalty spot five minutes from time after being brought down inside the Stevenage penalty box.
