The former Leeds United player is clearly excited about the new season.
Uwe Rosler’s side completed their pre-season programme with an impressive 2-0 victory against Everton on Saturday and next weekend they kick off the competitive action with a home match against recently relegated Burnley.
Leeds have made a number of new additions this summer, bringing in Chris Wood, Lee Erwin and Charlie Horton while turning Sol Bamba’s loan move into a permanent deal and signing Tom Adeyemi for the season, and on the evidence of Saturday’s match against the Toffees they look ready for the challenges to come.
Radebe certainly thinks so if his recent message on social media is anything to go by, with the former South Africa international saying, “We are going up this season; come on Leeds United.”
Some Leeds fans may be keeping their expectations in check for a while yet but there is no doubt Rosler possesses a squad that could push for a long overdue return to the top flight.
With Leeds able to call on some of the best young players in the country, Radebe may ultimately be proved right.
