Societe Generale’s head of structured products for the Americas is shifting to another role within the bank, and at least two other team members in the U.S. are leaving amid a reorganization.

Bloomberg News reports that Emmanuel Valette, who oversees cross-asset solutions in New York, is moving to a new position in London, according to an automatic reply sent from his e-mail address last Friday.

In the meantime, Bloomberg also reports that Steven A. Cohen’s Point72 Asset Management hired Matthew Granade as chief market intelligence officer, a role that includes overseeing the firm’s big data push.

Granade, a former co-head of research for Bridgewater Associates, will also lead its team of economists and other research efforts, according to an internal memo that was obtained by Bloomberg.
