Don Hutchison makes a prediction on Twitter after crazy West Ham game

The former West Ham midfielder thinks the east London side may be in store for a rollercoaster season.

Former West Ham United midfielder Don Hutchison produced a naturally shocked reaction on social media after seeing the Hammers let a 2-0 lead slip to draw 2-2 with Astra Giurgiu.

Indeed, James Collins' red card turned the tide against West Ham after the east London side found themselves in a commanding position - and Slaven Bilic's side now face a tough task to ensure Europa League qualification during the reverse fixture.

And, after seeing the red card and West Ham collapse, Hutchison couldn't help but predict a rollercoaster season for his ex-club.

Collins' sending off was the club's third in five European games, while West Ham also needed penalties to get past their last qualifying round.

Despite several promising signings, then, Bilic's Upton Park reign has gotten off to a topsy turvy start. It'll all be worth it should United make the cut with regards to European qualification - but it'll now be tough to make sure it happens.

No wonder Hutchison is predicting a rollercoaster campaign, although Bilic and co will hope for a more settled run of form once everyone beds in under his stewardship at West Ham.
