Arsenal's strongest available starting line-up: Including Bellerin, Cazorla and Cech

Taking a closer look at Arsenal's squad ahead of the new league campaign.

There is just over a week to go until Arsenal begin their new Premier League campaign with a home match against West Ham United, and to date the Gunners have only signed one new player.

But what a player that was, with manager Arsene Wenger signing the world-class goalkeeper Gunners fans have been crying out for.

With Petr Cech between the sticks and the likes of Santi Cazorla and Alexis Sanchez causing chaos at the opposite end of the pitch, Arsenal have a strong chance of pushing for the title this season, but who exactly are the 11 men Wenger will pick for the biggest games?

Arsenal’s squad is impressively strong, and Wenger will need all the players at his disposal between now and May, but he will also be aware of his strongest starting line-up – the side he opts for when victory is imperative against the best both domestically and in Europe.

There are some big decisions to make, with three players fighting for the right-back spot in the form of Calum Chambers, Mathieu Debuchy and Hector Bellerin, and both Kieran Gibbs and Nacho Monreal competing on the opposite flank.

There is also the presence of Jack Wilshere, who will be hoping for a big campaign, and centre-back Gabriel Paulista, whose aim will be to break up the partnership of Laurent Koscielny and Per Mertesacker.

But saying all that, below is the team we feel is Arsenal’s strongest given the players currently at their disposal:
