The Arsenal and Tottenham midfielders are on the ten-goal list to win the award.
Ten goals from last season were elected to comprise the final shortlist, with an effort from each of the North London side’s included.
Ramsey’s effort came in the Champions League, where he scored a superb left-footed long-range volley against Galatasaray in Turkey.
The Welshman’s return to full fitness in the second half of the campaign coincided with Arsenal’s upturn in results and performances.
Lamela’s goal came against Greek side Asteras Tripolis in the Europa League at White Hart Lane, with the Argentine scoring a Rabona-style effort from the edge of the penalty area.
The goal was an insight into the skill of Lamela, but was a rare bright moment in an otherwise underwhelming campaign for the former Roma man.
Other goals in contention include Lionel Messi’s strike for Barcelona against Bayern Munich, while Dundee United teenager Robbie Muirhead also makes the cut for a long-range effort for Scotland under-19.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar along, Kevin De Bruyne, Vasyl Kobin, Vitorino Antunes and Belgium women’s star Mariam Abdulai Toloba.
